One of the reasons I love to be around other authentic people is there’s a sense of ease in my nervous system when I don’t have to do all of this extra psychic detective work, emotional labor, reading the field and pattern recognition to discern where someone is out of alignment.

For me as a person of High Sensitivity and neurodivergence, incongruence is exhausting when what someone is speaking and what their energy is saying doesn’t match.

So theres a layer of labor trying to figure out are they ok, is something wrong, do they need something. 

That inner caretaker part of me naturally gets burnt out when there is a high level of mixed messages in someone’s energy field.

I really love when a person is developed enough in their voice that if there is something that they need to express, they will. 

So people with a balanced throat chakra, not too open or closed, who are connected to their own authentic self-expression really resonate for me.

When someone is congruent, when what they say, what they feel and how they behave seem to harmonize, you don’t have to keep doing extra work in the background. And that’s what I’m drawn to.
